Counseling sessions are held virtually using a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform through the provider's EHR system - TherapyNotes. Log into your patient portal at the time of your scheduled appointment and there will be a link to click on to join the meeting. 

You are free to attend the appointments where ever is most convenient for you; however, you must be in the state of North Carolina. If you are in a public space, please understand the limitations of confidentiality and the challenges around communicating, staying engaged, and hearing clearly.
